Why does it seem the price of the one-on-one sessions has more value than the group coaching intensive?  For example, if I met with you 4 times/month, I would pay a total of $780 where as meeting with you for 4 weekly Live Group Workshops/month is $749.

Group Coaching Intensive:

1. The Group Coaching Intensive will be a platform where I present live Facebook Group trainings about conscious living and its principles, in an order that allows the principles to build on top of each other without a formal course outline.
2. It will be a discussion about concepts, allowing space for questions to arise to help me get to know each mom in the group to meet them where they are.
3. It will be an engagement with the group about real-life, real-time challenges that show up throughout the week.
4. It will be a space where discomfort is witnessed and held by the group, while the concepts I teach are applied to address it.

One-one-One Coaching:

1. One-on-one coaching sessions are also conducted over Zoom calls, and are geared towards helping you make sense of a specific challenge you are facing.
2. At the beginning of each session, we set an intention to explore and ideally create an opening for you to clearly see why that problem arises. The individual attention on a specific goal helps me guide you into further inquiry around that challenge.
3. It is an intimate space where we focus solely on your specific needs and how you can achieve them. This setting offers an opportunity to develop advanced tools at a faster rate.
