I\u2019m worried I won\u2019t be able to attend all the weekly Live Group Workshops via zoom, but I\u2019m really interested in signing up. Is attending via a phone call a possibility or would I have to be on zoom?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meeting face to face creates safety and presence for everyone.\u00a0 <\/span>It also ensures we\u2019ve set aside intentional time for our own growth.\u00a0 <\/span>Being on zoom and having your video on is important to be able to connect with each other.\u00a0 This may be challenging at times, but it is important that we are present with each other.\u00a0 Present means being able to see each other’s body language, look into each other’s eyes and feel each other’s energy.\u00a0 <\/span>Therefore, being present on zoom is a requirement.<\/p>\n

What if I need to miss a session or two?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your commitment of being no more than 10 mins late or leaving 10 mins early and not missing more than 1 of the 4 weekly calls\/month, should be upheld.\u00a0 <\/span>If you need to miss a session, we ask that you let the group know 24 hours prior to the session.\u00a0 The recording will be in the member area of your MemberVault account for you to view later.<\/p>\n

What time will we meet each week?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once our group is formed, I will reach out to you and coordinate a day and time to meet based on the majority\u2019s availability.\u00a0 It will be on the same day\/time each week.\u00a0 <\/span>Being consistent is important in order to help establish safety between each other and a group connection.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Will I have the time to complete the assignments?<\/strong><\/p>\n

While not mandatory to complete, there will be short lesson activities as part of the weekly Live Groups Workshops, for example to answer 3-5 journal prompts or reflection questions.\u00a0 <\/span>These activities are meant to help you dive deeper to understand and apply the concepts in your life.\u00a0 <\/span>There is a lot of value in the other components of the Group Coaching Intensive, even if you can\u2019t complete all the assignments.<\/p>\n

What if I find the content too much or too overwhelming?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The weekly Live Group Workshops consist of short 30-minute lessons + 40 minute Q&A\/week.\u00a0 <\/span>As first the content and process may feel overwhelming because it\u2019s new.\u00a0 <\/span>And anything new is challenging at first.\u00a0 <\/span>Give yourself permission to go back and review the recorded Workshops, if you need.\u00a0 <\/span>If you find yourself not having enough time to review everything, see if you can help organize yourself.\u00a0 <\/span>You can also schedule a one-on-one session with me, if you need additional support.<\/p>\n

What if I have an emergency and need to leave the weekly Live Group Workshop? How can I access the material?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In an emergency, if you need to jump off, the recording will be in the member area of your MemberVault account for you to view later.<\/p>\n

What if I feel triggered?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There may be times where you feel triggered in what I share, or what others share.\u00a0 Anything can be a trigger and I expect that.\u00a0 This is a safe place for you to be triggered.\u00a0 I will hold space for you.\u00a0 It is possible that I too may feel triggered.\u00a0 And if I do, I\u2019ll just take a moment to breathe and ground myself.<\/p>\n

What if I need more support?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can send me an email, and I\u2019ll see how I can help.\u00a0 The work we are doing can feel therapeutic, and it’s a good place to explore emotions.\u00a0 However it’s not therapy.\u00a0 You will find that there are a lot of deep layers that come up.\u00a0 Sometimes you might find that you need to go through a deeper process, and I encourage you to do that if you need more support.\u00a0 You have the option of scheduling a one-on-one session with me.\u00a0 <\/span>And if it\u2019s something that is beyond my curiosity, I\u2019m happy to refer you to a therapist that can help you heal further.<\/p>\n
